Q: How do I order?
A: Because there are so many options, I like to work directly with my customers rather than having them order on the website. I take orders via the order form, email, or instagram dms. All payments will be made as an etransfer to uglyassco@gmail.com prior to me getting started! Please note that I am not taking custom orders at this time. Orders take 7-10 days to be completed. Can't wait to hear from you!
Q: Can I pick up my order rather than have it shipped?
A: Yes! I offer free pickups in Calgary or Lethbridge if you're able to!

Q: Can I bring you a garment to embroider/heat transfer on?
A: No, sorry pal. Embroidery and heat transfer is dangerous business and I'd hate to mess up your beautiful garment somehow. I only work with garments that I source. Shoot me an email to inquire about products I'm able to source for you!
Q: What are your wholesale prices?
A: That all depends on how much you order and the design! Please email me with any inquiries of this nature!
